Absolutely loved the rooftop bar—offering stunning views of the Duomo! Room was beautifully modern and comfortable. Only downside was the breakfast selection. could use more options for dietary needs. 😊

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the main square, and the huge room featured a new bathroom and a delightful wrap-around balcony with city views. The breakfast was great, offering fresh fish among other options. However, though the staff was friendly overall, I encountered a few at the rooftop bar who lacked customer service skills, and noise from the busy street made it hard to sleep at times.

Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety including fresh pastries. Rooftop bar has stunning city views, perfect for evening drinks.

I also noticed some noise from the street that disturbed my sleep. While the room was spacious, it lacked a few modern touches like a smart TV for streaming. Overall, a lovely hotel, but some areas for improvement.
